Going Deeper Retreats

Going deeper is a retreat for youth who are actively involved in their parish or have participated in other retreats and events and who have a fervor to grow in the faith. The hope is that participants will experience a much deeper understanding of how to pray and how to know what God is desiring in their life. Further, participants will discover the beauty and practice of God’s heart speaking to yours each and every day. We will be spending time in silence and prayer, sharing in small groups, and having the opportunity to receive the Sacraments.

Registration for the next Going Deeper Retreat for teens opens on August 1st!  Going Deeper retreats are designed for youth who are strong in their faith and are desiring to go deeper.  This is not a confirmation retreat.  The retreat will be held at the Abbey of the Hills Inn & Retreat Center on October 11-13, 2019.

Stay up to date on the diocesan youth website.

Youth Discipleship and Evangelization Diocesan Youth Rallies

The Diocesan Youth Conference will be held at the Swiftel Center in Brookings, SD on November 9, 2019.  The theme for this event, Come Follow Me, comes from Matthew 4:19. This conference will welcome close to 2000 youth and adults from across our diocese as we spend time in prayer, receive the Sacraments, listen to inspiring speakers and music, and of course have lots of fun!  All ticket orders will run through the parish, so contact Zach ASAP if you are interested in attending.

You can find more information on the diocesan website.
